Saffron

Types of Saffron
Negin Saffron This type of saffron is similar to normal Pushal saffron in terms of the amount of cream it contains, but it is thicker than normal Pushal. It has a high color strength and fragrance, and is visually outstanding in volume and beauty.
Sargol Saffron This type of saffron is completely pure, consisting of cut saffron threads without the cream. It has a very high color strength, though there are broken threads among them.
Pushal Saffron This type of saffron consists of threads that include 2-3 mm of cream. Due to the presence of cream (the white part of saffron), it has a strong fragrance.
Bunch Saffron This type of saffron includes the entire saffron thread. It consists of stigmas with cream, where the red part of the saffron (stigma) is neatly arranged together and tied with thread in a bunch.
Konj (White) When the Sargol saffron is separated from the bunch saffron, the remaining white or root part is called "Konj".
